During my time at LGND, I had the pleasure of contributing to this exciting project: the creation of Bechtel’s Impact Report. Working closely with the creative team, we designed and developed this beautiful website, with myself taking the lead as the primary developer. As I built out this website, it was pretty inspiring to see what Bechtel have done and what they plan to do.
While working at LGND, the creative team collaborated to craft and construct the landing page for Bechtel’s 125 Years of Making History. I assumed the role of primary developer for this project. This project was an exciting start to a partnership with Bechtel. It’s amazing what they’ve accomplished.
Throughout my time at LGND, working with the skilled creative team, one of my initial projects involved the development of the AARP Future Of Housing microsite.
The Hoover Institute Annual Report was designed by Maria De La Guardia and built by myself.
This cleanly designed website was designed by Maria De La Guardia and built by myself on WordPress.
Due to the nature of the product, I can only show a few screen shots of the comp and wireframes. I was responsible for the front-end development of the marketing website and the user portal. Due to confidential information, I can not show actual screen shots of the website, nor can I link to the website because you need to be a member in order to log in.
I coordinated the front-end tasks between the front-end team, designers, and the backend developers in addition to doing front-end development.
This cleanly designed microsite was designed by someone else, but built by me. Toolkit.ngo helps nonprofits learn how to build an online presence, engage users, and how to stay safe online.
Not only was I the producer of Juggle Vegas. I was also the designer and developer. For fun, I produce events on the side and this is one of them. Designed mostly in the browser, built on WordPress with woocommerce for ticketing.
PlaceIQ, the leader in analytics for advertising. I have been assisting PlaceIQ with design, new templates, and functional enhancements, from redesigning their product offerings templates to adding interactive features. All while keeping it consistent with the style guide in that is in place. I took this site over from a design studio, and soon there will be a complete overhaul.
Prototype designs for a Room Service app. The hotel would have a tablet available for the guest to use to take advantage of amenities that the hotel offers. In addition, they could learn about the hotel, what events are happening nearby, purchase tickets, make reservations, and even request a wake-up call.
Due to the nature of the product, I can only show a few screen shots of the comp and wireframes. I was responsible for the UX design and front-end development of the user portal. Due to confidential information, I can not show screen shots of the website, nor can I link to the website because you need to be a Moblty client in order to log in.
Designed and developed for the fabulous Jen Slaw. A public speaker that travels company to company presenting the benefits of teamwork through juggling. Jen needed a website that was welcoming, was easy to navigate, and built trust for her potential clients. Clients will not only want to hire her, but can find everything they need within a click.
Watch, learn and play with the pros at Juggle This!. Upgrade your three-ball game with workshops on backcrossing and Bramson rolls. The weekend starts out with morning yoga and other workshops on club-tossing, hoop-rolling, yo-yos and lassos. Stick around for the evening spectacular and after-party renegade show. Juggle This! is a festival that I organize. I needed to built a website that would create trust between the festival and locals for them to realize this is a real event. It’s not easy to sell juggling! Here is a responsive website that features a user friendly, modern design where a user can find what they need, and buy tickets. About 40% of ticket sales happen through the website.
Another Constructive production. This website was quite challenging because of the sheer size of it. Columbia Global provides a great deal of information. The senior designer at Constructive, did a great job of organizing and designing content to be easily read, without overwhelming the user. This couldn’t have been done without assistance from my co-workers. The website is still in beta.
A Constructive production. This website was a lot of fun to work on. The Environmental Performance Index has a lot of information that the senior designer at Constructive did a great job or integrating into the design. There are a lot of really fun data visualization tools to help make the information easier to digest. This was a lot of fun to code up. The smooth animations, and the interactive charts. This couldn’t have been done without assistance from my co-workers.
Constructive was privileged to work with the great people at Pratt Center for Community Development. The studio aided them in a branding and website redesign to help the greater good. I was happy to code up the site because I support what Pratt Center does.
Designed by the team at Constructive. ENE came with a lot of content which posed many challenges for the designers and us, the developers. The content needed be to be shown in an interesting matter that directed the user across the site, page by page. The designer did a fantastic job with that and in doing so created a challenge for me. Coding the CSS and jQuery for ENE Climate Vision was no easy task, but in the end I conquered. You wouldn’t think this, but the color coding was the trickiest and most satisfying part. Don’t forget to check the site on mobile too!
Aquion Energy, changing energy storage for the better. The designers and backend developers at Constructive were responsible for branding and the site redesign. Being the front-end developer there, I was responsible for connecting the back to the front. Bringing the design in photoshop alive. This was a fun site to code up. The alternating sidebar colors and the tricky main menu. I might be biased, but I think it came out great.
Created at Constructive. Tostan is a non-profit based in Africa. They came to Constructive to get their mission across to the masses in a well designed website. Taking their brand to the next level. This was one of the larger sites that I have done the front-end development for. There are many details across the site that had to be carried between platforms. It took a while, but it looks just as good on mobile, as it does on a desktop.
Designed by Code and Theory and developed by the team at Constructive. Constructive was responsible for finishing an incomplete website for the School of Political Affairs at Columbia University. The delivered wireframes and design comps were incomplete and they trusted Constructive to get it done right. This was a fun site to style. At least in my eyes it was a unique design that consisted of pretty cool elements and interactions.
Catalyst is a non-profit that increases opportunities for women in the workplace. They went to Constructive to help create a larger web presence to make a great impact. It was a fun challenge, also my first big jump into mobile.
This was the first site I did the front-end for Constructive. Nothing like starting on one huge bilingual website! Constructive was hired to rebrand IIP which included a new and improved identity, and a new website that was capable of being used for their english and Chinese speaking demographic. With the redesign, it’s now much easier for IIP to get their message out to the masses.
The ultimate go-to guide for cheap stuff to do in New York City. CheapNYC is a company and concept started by my friend Ray. I teamed up with him to bring it to life. Bringing in my design sense, ideas, and marketing concepts, we built this into quite the adventure. I did all the branding and site design. Ray did the backend development and we both put our minds together to create the great content. Within in the first month, a video Ray produced made it to TV. Thanks TimeOut New York…
EVE is a grammy award winning rapper. She needed a new and improved website to showcase herself, music, and latest news that would intrigue users to click around. I teamed up with Peter Rodriguez for this project. Between the two of us, we came up with an exciting design that interacts with the user. This new design features a single page experience which now provides all the latest news related to EVE. We wanted this website to be the hub, so all her fans would know to come to the site instead of facebook, twitter, instagram, reverbnaiton, etc to find whatever information they wanted. My roll in this project was managing, creative input, and development.
Ronald LeVine is a lawyer who needed a new, fresh website to convert views into clients. I designed the website to be welcoming and engaging, while maintain ease of use for both the front and backend of the site. Potential clients can easily find what information they need and contact the firm, easily; increasing business.
Poster design for the Off-Broadway show, “Cabaret Émigré.” It was hung up outside the famous Lion Theatre in New York City for the run of the show. It was quite exciting to see it along theatre row for thousands of New Yorkers to see. Just if I had my name on it…

With his ropes, whips and bolas flying through the air, he presents a dramatic spectacle that is visually stunning. His crowd pleasing act has been featured in many venues including theater stages, variete cabarets, nightclubs, circuses, sports arenas, rodeos, television and private events worldwide.

Posters for the graduate school of the Fashion Institute of Technology. Class project. Two posters for an Open House and one for The Fashion and Textile Symposium.
Promotional website and business cards for juggler; Michael Karas. Minimalistic website design to feature the unique, innovative style of Michael Karas.
Two ad concepts I came up with in school many years ago. One is for Skippy and the other is for Victoria’s Secret. Although I doubt we would ever see them in the same magazine.
